| 설명 | 뇌하수체 전엽에서 분비되어 부신겉질을 자극하는 단백성 호르몬. 하수체전염에서 만들어져 분비되는 호르몬이다. 부신겉질자극 작용이 있으며 부신겉질질세포의 경우에 스테로이드호르몬 생합성의 조절단계인 콜레스테롤로부터의 프레그네롤론생성을 촉진한다. 결정글루코코르티코이드에 의해 반대의 되먹임조정을 받는다. 글루코코르티코이드의 하수체전엽에 대한 직접작용과 시상하부의 부신겉질자극호르몬 방출호르몬을 매체로 한 간접작용이 있다. 여러 종류의 정신적 육체적 스트레스에 의해 분비가 자극된다. |
