| 설명 | B형 간염이나 비A형－비B형 간염의 속발증으로 나타나는 간의 만성염증이다. 같은 형태의 병이 선천성 또는 후천감마글로불린결핍증이나 어떤 종류의 약물 투여에 수반해서 나타날 수도 있다. 특징적으로 문맥부에 형질세포와 큰포식세포의 침윤, 조각괴사(간소엽 주변부 간세포의 파괴) 및 섬유증 등의 조직소견을 나타낸다. 병의 경과는 매우 다양하며 장기간의 무증상기를 보일 수도 있고 그 사이 사이에 황달, 전신쇠약, 식욕부진 및 발열 등의 증상이 나타나는 수가 있으며, 또 무월경증, 관절염, 피부발진, 혈관염, 갑상샘염, 콩팥사구체염, 궤양성대장염, 쉐그렌증후군 등 간 이외의 증상이 나타나는 수도 있고, 간경화증과 간기능상실로 진행되는 수도 있다. 자가면역메커니즘이 관여되는 것으로 추측되고 있다. |

| 설명 | 아나필락시스라는 말은 제 1형 과민반응과 같은 말로 외계의 물질에 대한 면역 반응이 지나치게 항진되어 있는 병적인 상태를 말한다. 면역이란 외부물질에 대한 방어를 목적으로 하는 세포들의 활동을 의미하며, 여기에는 항체의 형성, 세포들의 포식작용(외부에서 들어온 물질을 면역기능을 하는 세포가 잡아먹는 것)등이 포함된다. 항체의 형성은 외부로부터 들어온 물질을 우선 큰포식세포 등이 포식을 하고 이것에 대한 정보를 T-림프구에게 전달하고 T-림프구는 이 정보를 처리하여 집약된 정보를 B-림프구에게 전달하며 이 세포로 하여금 그 물질 에 대한 항체를 생성하게 한다. 항체는 외부의 물질과 정확히 결합하여 외부의 물질의 활성화를 없애는 물질이다. 이렇게 형성된 항체중에서 IgE에 부착될 수 있는, 즉 이미 항체 IgE가 형성된(이렇게 되기 위해서는 그 물질이 이전에 한 번 몸속에 들어 왔어야 한다) 물질이 히스타민 등의 여러 물질이 나오게 되고 이런 물질들에 의해서 생기는 여러 가지 신체에 해로운 반응이 생겨난다. 그래서 필요 이상으로 과민한 이러한 형태의 면역작용을 거치는 반응을 아니필락시스라 한다. |
