| 설명 | 항문-요도 등 관모양기관을 에워싸고 배출을 조절하는 근육. 민무늬근-가로무늬근, 또는 수의근-불수의근으로 인체의 특정 부분의 열기 닫기에 관여하는 고리 모양의 근육을 말하는데, 그 수축과 이완에 의해 개폐작용을 한다. 동공의 수축에 관계하는 동공조임근, 음식물을 위 속에 저장하는 들문조임근과 날문조임근, 항문을 항상 오므리고 있는 속항문조임근과 바깥항문조임근 등이 있다. |

| 설명 | X-선 사진에서 잘 나타나는 조영제(방사선촬영상에서 하얗게 나타나 주위조직과 감별이 용이하다)를 섭취한 후 식도, 위, 샘창자, 작은창자상부까지 X-선 촬영하므로써, 그곳 소화관내의 이상병터여부를 검사하는 것. 조영제는 주로 바륨을 사용하며 더 선명한 영상을 얻기위해 발포제를 함께 섭취하여 바륨과 공기의 이중조영촬영을 하기도 한다. 식도암, 위암 및 소화성궤양과 그밖에 다양한 병변의 진단에 효과적으로 사용된다. |

| 설명 | 위턱을 형성하는 좌우 한 쌍의 뼈. 윗부분은 옆머리뼈에 연결되고, 가장자리에는 윗니가 있다. 얼굴두개의 중앙에 있는 한 쌍의 뼈로 위턱체, 이마돌기, 광대뼈돌기, 입천장돌기, 이틀돌기로 구성된다. 위턱체는 위턱굴이라고 불리는 공동을 갖으며, 위턱굴열공으로서 비강으로 열린다. 위의 4돌기는 상방으로는 코뼈, 이마뼈, 눈물뼈, 벌집뼈, 보습뼈, 광대뼈와 또한 후방으로는 입천장뼈 및 나비뼈, 날개돌기와 결합하고 있다. |
