| 설명 | 이자의 내부에 섬 모양으로 산재해 있는 내분비샘세포의 무리로 둥근 것이 많다. 구성세포에는 3종류가 있고, 그 가운데 β-세포가 가장 많으며 β-세포가 인슐린을 분비한다. α-세포는 글루카곤을 분비하는 세포이다. |
