| 설명 | 1. 생활전위를 수반하지 않고 전파도 하지 않는 길게 지속되는 가역적인 근육수축을 말한다. 주로 막의 지속적 탈분극으로 인해 발생된다. 아세틸콜린, 카페인 등의 약물로 일으킬 수가 있다. 2. 반복되지 않는 자극에 의하여 근육이 지속적으로 오그라든 상태, 각종 알칼로이드나 마취약 따위에 의한 마취약 구축, 산에 의한 산 구축, 염기에 의한 염기 구축 따위가 있다. |
