| 설명 | 혈장속에 존재하는 단백질의 하나로 물에 녹지 않지만 전해질이 녹아 있는 용액에는 녹는 성질을 가지는 단백질이다. 이것은 전기이동법으로 분석을 하였을 때에 그 이동도에 따라 alpha-, beta-, gamma-의 세 가지로 나눈다. 알파와 베타 글로불린은 체내에서 주로 화학작용을 매개하는 효소의 역할을 하는 물질이 대부분이다. 그리고 감마 글로불린은 체내에서 면역의 기전에 관계되는 항체를 이루어서 면역글로불린이라고 부른다. |

| 설명 | 1. 마마 백신의 접종으로 나타나는 피부 반응으로서 때때로 전신적인 반응으로도 나타난다. 2. 원칙적으로 소의 발진성바이러스병이다. 사람에게는 우두바이러스의 접종으로 국소 농포성 발진이 생기며, 우두를 앓은 지 얼마 안되는 소의 우유를 짠 사람, 병든 소, 우사牛舍에 깐 짚 등에서 감염한다. 진단은 임상증세부터 살핀다. 환부의 소독이 충분하면 병터는 10~15일 만에 낫는다. 사람의 종두에는 이 병원체가 쓰인다. 접종 후에는 우두바이러스의 감염, 세균에 의한 이차 감염 혹은 감염 후 수막뇌염 등의 국소 혹은 전신 합병증이 자주 생긴다. |
