| 설명 | 손가락들이 오리발처럼 붙어 있는 것. 여러 가지 원인을 추정할 뿐 정확한 원인은 완전히 규명되지 못하고 있다. 단지 발생학적으로 태생 6~8주 사이에 정상적으로 손발가락사이의 분리가 이루어지지 못할 때 합지증이 초래된다. 손에서 가장 흔한 선천성 기형으로 2,000명당 1명 정도 발생하며 남자에게 많다. 연부조직만 합지된 단순형과 뼈가 함께 합지되고 신경, 혈관 및 힘줄의 이상을 동반한 복잡형이 있다. 제3, 4손가락의 합지증이 가장 많고 15~40%의 가족력을 가지고 있다. |
