| 설명 | SGOT(Serum Glutamic Oxalacetic Transaminase)라고도 하는 이것은 정상적으로 간세포와 근육세포 등에 몇가지 동종효소(기능은 같지만 구조가 약간씩 다른 효소형태)의 형태로 정상적으로 존재한다. 근육세포나 간세포의 파괴가 오는 간병이나 근육병에서 혈액에 있는 이 효소의 양이 현저하게 증가한다. |
