| 설명 | 아미노글리코시이드(aminoglycoside)계열의 항생제로서 토양균인 Streptomyces griseus에 의해 생성되며, 다른 아미노글리코사이드 계열의 항생제와 마찬가지로 그람음성세균에 잘 들으며 특히 결핵균에 대한 효과가 좋아 현재에는 결핵균 치료제로 주로 사용된다. |
