| 설명 | 페니실린의 변성산물로 백색 결정성의 가루. 어떤 종류의 중금속과 결합(chelate)을 잘하여, 간렌즈핵변성병을 치료하는데 있어서 혈액 중 동(copper)의 함량을 떨어뜨리고, 시스틴의 용해가 더욱 잘되는 이황화페니실라민-시스틴으로 만들어, 오줌으로 그 배설을 촉진시킨다. 류마티스관절염치료에도 사용된다. |
