| 설명 | 구강내에 기생하는 비항산성, 무산소성의 방선균인 악티노마이시즈 이스라엘이(Actinomyces israelii)에 의하여 사람에게 일어나는 감염증으로 만성화농성 염증을 일으킨다. 입, 목, 흉부장기, 복부장기를 침범하여 흔히 고름집을 만든다. 고름집 속에는 유황알갱이(sulfur granules)를 함유하고 있는데 이것은 그램양성이고 분지하는 실같은 균덩어리로 되어 있다. 이것들의 빈도는 림프절염, 복강내 종괴, 폐고름집의 순이다. 림프절염은 림프절의 비교적 무통성 종창을 특징으로 하고 주위 피부의 발적을 수반한다. 복부형은 주로 막창자꼬리 혹은 잘룩창자를 침범하여 창자벽을 뚫고 국소성 복막고름집 만들며, 가슴형은 허파고름집으로 시작하여 주위에 파급하여 샛길을 형성한다. 이 병은 동물을 침범하기도 한다. |
