| 설명 | 창자를 매달아 유지하는 복막의 일부분. 복강 내에 있는 대부분의 내장 기관은 복막에 싸여 있으나, 복강 내에서 유리하는 긴 창자관을 덮는 복막은 창자관의 한 쪽에서 두 장이 겹쳐서 창자 사이막이 된다. 다른 한쪽의 가장자리는 후복벽에 유착하여 후복벽 복막으로 이행한다. 창자사이막이 있는 창자관은 샘창자 상부의 일부를 비롯하여 빈창자-돌창자-가로창자-구불창자-충수 외에, 곧창자 최상부의 일부이다. 빈창자와 돌창자의 창자사이막은 길이가 가장 길어 15-25cm이며, 작은창자사이막이라 불린다. 이것은 제2허리뼈 왼쪽에 있는 샘창자빈창자굽이의 부위에서 오른쪽으로 비스듬히 오른엉덩우묵의 막창자 시초부까지 이어져 한 선상을 후복벽에 붙어있다. 이 선부분을 작은창자사이막근이라고 한다. 창자사이막 속에는 창자관에 분포하는 혈관-림프관-신경이 지나가며 지방도 많다. |
