| 설명 | 1. 사람의 양측 팔과 다리의 총칭이며, 또한 동물의 네 개의 다리를 말한다. 고등척추동물의 짝을 이루는 부속지로 운동기관이다. 어류의 짝지느러미에서 진화한 것이라고 한다. 사람의 팔은 어깨에서 팔꿈치까지의 위팔, 팔꿈치에서 손목까지의 아래팔, 그리고 손의 3부위로 되며, 다리는 사타구니에서 무릎에 이른 넙적다리, 무릎에서 발목까지의 아래다리, 그리고 발의 3부위로 된다. 2. 척추동물 중 양서류 이상의 고등동물에서 볼 수 있는 앞다리와 뒷다리. 보행과 파악에 사용되는 신체 부속기 중의 하나이다. 인간에서는 팔과 다리로서 그 구성성분을 모두 포함한다. 발생학에서 사지는 네 개의 주요 부분으로 이루어진다. 어깨뼈 및 빗장벼(1단위로서) 그리고 볼기의 뼈를 구성하는 zonoskeleton, 위팔뼈 및 넙다리뼈를 포함하는 stylopodium, 노뼈, 자뼈, 정강뼈 및 종아리뼈를 포함하는 zygopodium, 손과 발을 포함하는 autopodium 등이 있다. |

| axillary nerve injury | <neurology> A condition involving dysfunction of the axillary nerve which normally supplies the deltoid and teres minor muscles and sensation to the lateral aspect of the shoulder. This condition is a type of peripheral neuropathy that may manifest as the result of a variety of disease processes or injuries. Conditions associated with axillary nerve dysfunction include mononeuritis multiplex, fracture of the humerus, abduction injury to the shoulder, pressure to the armpit from a cast, splint or crutches. Symptoms include numbness over the outer portion of the shoulder, shoulder weakness and difficulty lifting arm or objects over your head. An EMG, nerve conduction study or muscle biopsy can be helpful in making the diagnosis. Recovery is generally spontaneous if the underlying cause can be corrected and shoulder mobility is preserved. | blood porphyrin level | A test which is used to measure red blood cell porphyrin levels. Porphyrins are pigments found in both animal and plant life. This test is useful in evaluating any number of porphyrin disorders (involving the various porphyrins) of red blood cells. Increased levels of coproporphyrins can indicate congenital erythropoietic porphyria or sideroblastic anaemia. Increased protoporphyrins may be seen in infection, thalassaemia, sideroblastic anaemia, iron deficient anaemia, increased erythropoiesis and lead poisoning. | carbon dioxide blood level | A measure of the bicarbonate level in the blood based on a venipuncture specimen. The serum carbon dioxide is one of the normally reported values in the electrolytes profile. Lower levels of carbon dioxide indicate an acidosis. The normal level is 20 to 29 mEq/L. Lower than normal levels can indicate diabetic ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, alcoholic ketoacidosis, kidney disease, renal failure, diarrhoea, Addison's disease, ethylene glycol poisoning or methanol poisoning. | vasopressin level | This test measures the amount of ADH in the serum. It is used to detect disorders that may affect the level of ADH in the serum. Normal values are: 0 to 4.7 pg/ml.
