| 설명 | 혈액의 고체 성분으로 혈장 속에 떠다니는 세포. 적혈구, 백혈구, 혈소판이 있다. 사람의 적혈구는 지름 약 7μm, 두께 약 2μm의 원반상이고, 양면의의 중앙부가 오목하게 들어간 형상을 하고 있으며, 핵이 없다. 혈색소를 품고 있어 산소를 운반하는 일을 한다. 골수에서 만들어지며, 혈액 속에서 약 100일간 작용한 후 파괴되지만, 혈액 속의 적혈구 수는 항상 일정하게 유지되고 있다. 혈액 1mm3 속에 남자는 약 500만 개, 여자는 약 450만 개 들어 있는 것이 표준이다. 백혈구는 핵이 있는 유리세포이며, 과립구-림프구-단핵구의 3종이 있다. 과립구의 핵의 형태와 과립의 염색성에 따라 호중구-호산구-호염기구의 3형으로 분류된다. 과립구는 골수에서, 림프구는 림프조직에서 만들어진다. 과립구는 지름 9~10μm로서 전체 백혈구의 약 60%, 림프구는 약 30%를 차지한다. |
