| 설명 | Meperidine hydrochloride의 상품명으로 진정제의 일종이다. 몰핀과 같은 수용체를 통해서 작용을 하며, 마취를 하기전에 쓰이는 약제로 모르핀 대용으로 많이 쓰인다. 약간 쓴 맛이 있고 물에 잘 녹는다. 약간의 구역이 따르고 자극 감수성과 대사를 저하시키지만 모르핀 대용약제로서는 우수하다. |
