| 설명 | 소변의 양을 증가시켜 체내의 수분의 양을 감소시킬 수 있는 약물(이뇨제)의 하나. 이것은 콩팥뇨세관에 작용해서 나트륨과 수분이 혈액속으로 재흡수 되는 것을 억제하고, 또 칼륨과 염소의 분비를 촉진하는 역할을 한다. 이로 인해서 신체의 수분과 나트륨, 칼륨, 염소의 양이 감소하게 된다. |
