| 설명 | 심장의 수축력을 증감시키는 약물을 말한다. 기본적으로 심근수축력을 증강시켜 심장박출량을 증가시키는 약물이다. 강심배당체, 포스포디에스트라아제 억제제, 아드레날린 β수용체작용제, 혈관확장제 등이 있다. 대표적인 예로서는 디곡신(digoxine) 등의 디지탈리스(digitalis)가 있다. |
