| Branhamella | A subgenus of aerobic, nonmotile, nonsporeforming bacteria (family Neisseriaceae) containing Gram-negative cocci that occur in pairs with adjacent sides flattened; these organisms differ from those of the genus Moraxella and of other genera in the family by their DNA base content and composition.
