| 설명 | 1. 쇠파리 따위의 애벌레(구더기)가 사람의 살갗이나 내장에 기생하여 생기는 병. 2. 쇠파리-쉬파리-금파리류의 암컷이, 털짐승이 머리나 꼬리로 쫓아낼 수 없는 몸 부위의 털 속에 알을 슬면 알에서 깬 구더기는 가죽을 뚫고 피하조직 속에서 자라게 된다. 번데기가 될 무렵 제3령충이 가죽을 뚫고 나옴으로써 구멍이 생기고 출혈하게 된다. 이 구멍에 세균이 침입해서 헐게 되면 털짐승에게 심한 피부병이 생긴다. 목축 국가에서는 그 피해가 커서 주요 가축병으로 취급된다. |
