The term "compliance" refers to conditions in which a regulated entity (usually an owner or operator of an injection well) has complied with the regulations governing underground injection (found in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations), the Safe Drinking Water Act and all conditions of a permit (if one has been issued).
