a document produced by a business or institution (such as a hospital or school) setting out the ways in which the use of public transport and other more sustainable means of travel will be encouraged amongst employees and customers. Incentives might be offered to encourage car sharing, cycling and walking, and to make business vehicles more fuel efficient, or use non-fossil fuels. A GTP may be required as a condition of planning permission.
