| 설명 | 샘조직의 상피성분인 샘꽈리와 도관 혹은 점막의 샘상피에서 발생하는 암. 이 형의 암은 위-창자-기관지-자궁(몸통), 쓸개 등의 점막을 비롯하여, 전립샘-고환-난소-갑상샘-이자의 샘조직이나 배설관에서 발생한다. 병리조직학적으로, 공간을 둘러싸고 상피세포가 배열하는 샘꽈리나 도관의 구조와 비슷한 샘관을 치밀하게 형성하면서 증식하는 관모양샘암이 기본적인 형태이다. 낭포상으로 확장한 공간을 둘러싸고 증식하는 낭샘암, 유두모양의 증식을 나타내는 유두샘암, 종양 자체가 분비하는 다량의 점액 내에 비교적 소수의 종양세포가 떠있는 점액샘암, 그리고 세포질 내에 고인 다량의 점액 때문에 핵이 세포 변연으로 밀려 개개의 세포가 뿔뿔이 흩어져 침윤성증식을 나타내는 반지세포암 등 다양한 조직상을 보인다. |

| 설명 | 세계 어디서든지 볼 수 있는 1군 바이러스. 상부기도와 결막의 병을 일으키고 정상인에게도 잠복감염의 상태로서 존재한다. 크기는 70-90nm 지름이다. 일으키는 병은 급성 열성 인두염, 인두결막염, 유행성 각결막염 등이다. 발암성이 강한 형, 약한 형 등 40종 정도가 있다. 아데노바이러스는 사람에게 감염되면 인두, 결막, 허파 작은창자에서 증식하고 소속 림프절에서 증식되는 수는 있지만 전신으로 퍼지는 경우는 없다. 감염에 의해 동일종에 대한 면역은 얻을 수 있지만 바이러스의 재활성화도 가능하다. |
