Also known as 'ether', is the basic energy of Life permeating throughout the Universe. It is in the food that we eat, the air we breathe, and even our emotions. But, the most direct source of prana is to take in directly through the centre of our bodies-- via the prana tube (see below). When you take in this energy directly, it isn't necessary to take in from food or other people (usually through the solar plexus centre).
