Rare genetic disorder that is characterized by short stature, microcephaly, small hands and feet, distinctive facial appearance including long eyelashes, eyebrows that grow together, upturned nostrils, tin upper lip, low-set ears, and low hairline. The range and severity of symptoms varies across individuals.
