  • Antigens, CD28 - »õâ T-cell differentiation antigens that serve as the receptors for the B7 antigen (ANTIGENS, CD80) which modulates T-cell lymphokine production.
    Synonyms : CD28 Antigen, Antigen, CD28
  • Antigens, CD29 - »õâ Integrin beta-1 chains which are expressed as heterodimers that are noncovalently associated with specific alpha-chains of the CD49 family (CD49a-f). CD29 is expressed on resting and activated leukocytes and is a marker for all of the very late activation antigens on cells. (from: Barclay et al., The Leukocyte Antigen FactsBook, 1993, p164)
    Synonyms : 4B4 Antigen, CD29 Antigen, CDw29 Antigen, beta1 Integrin, Antigen, 4B4, Antigen, CD29, Antigen, CDw29, Integrin, beta1
  • Antigens, CD3 - »õâ Complex of at least five membrane-bound polypeptides in mature T-lymphocytes that are non-covalently associated with one another and with the T-cell receptor (RECEPTORS, ANTIGEN, T-CELL). The CD3 complex includes the gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta, and eta chains (subunits). When antigen binds to the T-cell receptor, the CD3 complex transduces the activating signals to the cytoplasm of the T-cell. The CD3 gamma and delta chains (subunits) are separate from and not related to the gamma/delta chains of the T-cell receptor (RECEPTORS, ANTIGEN, T-CELL, GAMMA-DELTA).
    Synonyms : CD3 Antigen, T3 Antigen, T3 Complex, Antigen, CD3, Antigen, T3, Antigens, T3
  • Antigens, CD30 - »õâ A member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily that may play a role in the regulation of NF-KAPPA B and APOPTOSIS. They are found on activated T-LYMPHOCYTES; B-LYMPHOCYTES; NEUTROPHILS; EOSINOPHILS; MAST CELLS and NK CELLS. Overexpression of CD30 antigen in hematopoietic malignancies make the antigen clinically useful as a biological tumor marker. Signaling of the receptor occurs through its association with TNF RECEPTOR-ASSOCIATED FACTORS.
    Synonyms : Ber-H2 Antigen, CD30 Antigen, Ki-1 Antigen, TNFRSF8 Receptor, Antigen, Ber-H2, Antigen, CD30, Antigen, Ki-1, Antigens, Ber-H2, Antigens, Ki 1, Ber H2 Antigen, Ber H2 Antigens, Ki 1 Antigen, Ki 1 Antigens, Receptor, TNFRSF8
  • Antigens, CD31 - »õâ Cell adhesion molecules present on virtually all monocytes, platelets, and granulocytes. CD31 is highly expressed on endothelial cells and concentrated at the junctions between them.
Synonyms : CD31 Antigen, Antigen, CD31, Platelet Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule 1
