The TPA coordinates the state and federal regulations relevant to Hanford, sets the agenda for the cleanup, and establishes a schedule of deadlines, known as milestones. The TPA is is also known as the Federal Facilities Agreement and consent order for the Hanford Site. The three parties associated with the TPA are the Department of Energy - Richland Operations Office, The US Environmental Protection Agency, and Washington Department of Ecology. DMS TPA page.
