1. intraductal carcinoma of the breast extending to involve the nipple and areola, characterized clinically by eczema-like inflammatory skin changes, and histologically by infiltration of the epidermis by malignant cells (Paget's cells). 2. a neoplasm of the vulva and sometimes the perianal region histologically and clinically quite similar to Paget's disease of the breast, but having less of a tendency to be associated with underlying invasive carcinoma. Called also extramammary or vulvar Paget's d. 3. osteitis deformans.
