English Partnerships - a "quango" that owns vast tracts of land in the UK. EP is in certain circumstances able to grant themselves planning consent or make compulsory purchase orders. Some of these powers are now being returned to the local authority. There are several "Reserve Sites" in the parish that are the property of EP. There are one or two others that come under the control of Milton Keynes Community Forum
