Secondary brain tumours occur from the spread of cancer into the brain from a distant cancerous organ (metastasis). | brenner tumour | A tumour of the ovary whose structure consists of groups of epithelial cells lying in a fibrous connective tissue stroma. Brenner tumours are uncommon, representing less than 1% of all ovarian neoplasms. Malignant brenner tumours are unilateral.
