Embryotoxic, Embryotoxicity - An embryo is an organism in its early stages of development prior to birth. In humans, the embryo is the developing child from conception to the end of the second month of pregnancy. (See also Fetus). Embryotoxic means harmful to the embryo. Embryotoxicity is the ability of a substance to cause harm to the embryo. (See also Fetotoxicity and Reproductive Effects).
