ORCOMIMUS (pronounced or-coh-MEEM-us) Orcomimus was meat-eating, bipedal dinosaur, an advanced theropod that lived during the late Cretaceous period, roughly 84-65 million years ago. Fossils of this Ornithomimosaur, including a pelvis and a hindlimb, were found in South Dakota, USA. Orcomimus was named by Triebold in 1997.
