(pop. 15,900) is the most important dwarvish commerial port. It is located on the southern end of the eastern hook of Allotrope and is the point of primary access to and from the dwarvish island. The population is primarily surface dwarves, but Hematite has the largest (proportionally) population of other races of any dwarvish city. Hematite is also well-known for its Hemitian line of perfumes, exquisite fragrances produced by unknown methods that sell for over a 1,000 silver pieces per vial.
