| Buschke-Löwenstein t. |
a destructive tumor clinically resembling squamous cell carcinoma but microscopically representing a form of condyloma acuminatum, usually occurring on the uncircumcised penis, but also seen elsewhere in the anogenital area such as about the anus and vulva. It presents as a large verrucous to fungating, cauliflower-like mass that erodes the involved skin and progresses to penetrate and destroy the deeper tissues. Called also giant condyloma and verrucous carcinoma.
