| ulnar branch of medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve | <anatomy, nerve> Branch of the medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve supplying the skin of the medial portion of the proximal two-thirds of the dorsal side of the forearm. Synonym: ramus ulnaris nervi cutanei antebrachii medialis. (05 Mar 2000) |
| lesser internal cutaneous nerve | <anatomy, nerve> Arises from the medial cord of the brachial plexus, unites in the axilla with the lateral cutaneous branch of the second intercostal nerve, and supplies the skin of the medial side of the arm. The common peroneal nerve, or its deep branch, is the most commonly injured nerve, being located in a lateral subcutaneous position at the fibular neck; a lesion causes a loss of ability to dorsiflex the foot ("foot drop").
