| shiatsu |
The gentle pressure of Shiatsu can be deeply effective because it activates energy. Energy is the messenger within the body. Shiatsu does not treat symptoms, but seeks the removal of their source. It is known as a Yang process (balancing from outside to inside) where by contrast, herbology is more of a Yin process (from the inside out).
