Direct Dialling Inwards With DDI, you can allocate telephone numbers to individuals and groups of people such as Sales, Support, Finance, etc. Better still, any of the DDI numbers can work over any of your ISDN2 or ISDN30 circuits so numbers are no longer tied to individual telephone lines.
