| all-or-none |
An order that restricts execution to the exact number of shares requested on the order. The trader must execute the total number of shares in the order at once otherwise the trader may not be able to fill the remainder of the order. Using an all-or-none restriction on an order significantly reduces your chance of getting your order filled.
