  • Ephrin-A4 - »õâ A GLYCOINOSITOL PHOSPHOLIPID MEMBRANE ANCHOR containing ephrin found in variety of adult tissue such as KIDNEY; LUNG; COLON and OVARY. During embryonic development, ephrin-A4 is expressed in the HIPPOCAMPUS and CEREBRAL CORTEX. It binds preferentially to ephA receptors (EPH FAMILY RECEPTORS) with the exception of the EPHA1 RECEPTOR.
    Synonyms : EPLG4, Epl4 Protein, LERK-4, LERK-4 Protein, Ephrin A4, LERK 4 Protein
  • Ephrin-A5 - »õâ A GLYCOINOSITOL PHOSPHOLIPID MEMBRANE ANCHOR containing ephrin found in developing tectum. It has been shown to mediate the bundling of cortical axons and repel the axonal growth of retinal ganglia axons. It is found in a variety of adult tissues of BRAIN; HEART; and KIDNEY.
Synonyms : AL-1, AL-1 Protein, LERK-7 Protein, RAGS Protein, REK7 Ligand AL-1, Repulsive Axon Guidance Signal Protein, AL 1 Protein, Ephrin A5, LERK 7 Protein, REK7 Ligand AL 1
  • Ephrin-B1 - »õâ A transmembrane domain containing ephrin that is specific for EPHB1 RECEPTOR; EPHB2 RECEPTOR and EPHB3 RECEPTOR. It is widely expressed in a variety of developing and adult tissues.
Synonyms : Cek5 Ligand, Cek5 RPTK Ligand, EFNB1 Gene Product, Elk-L Protein, Eph Family Receptor Interacting Protein B1, LERK-2 Protein, elk Ligand, Elk L Protein, Ephrin B1, LERK 2 Protein, Ligand, Cek5, Ligand, Cek5 RPTK, Ligand, elk, RPTK Ligand, Cek5
  • Ephrin-B2 - »õâ A transmembrane domain containing ephrin that binds with high affinity to EPHB1 RECEPTOR; EPHB3 RECEPTOR; and EPHB4 RECEPTOR. Expression of ephrin-B2 occurs in a variety of adult tissues. During embryogenesis, high levels of ephrin-B2 is seen in the PROSENCEPHALON; RHOMBENCEPHALON; developing SOMITES; LIMB BUD; and bronchial arches.
Synonyms : ELF-2 Protein, Mammalian, Efbn2 Gene Product, Eph Ligand Family 2 Protein, Mammalian, Eplg5 Gene Product, Eplg5 Protein, HTKL Protein, Htk Ligand, LERK-5 Gene Product, LERK-5 Protein, Mammalian ELF-2, ELF 2 Protein, Mammalian, ELF-2, Mammalian, Ephrin B2
  • Ephrin-B3 - »õâ A transmembrane domain containing ephrin. Although originally found to be specific for the EPHB3 RECEPTOR it has since been shown to bind a variety of EPH FAMILY RECEPTORS. During embryogenesis ephrin-B3 is expressed at high levels in the ventral neural tube. In adult tissues, it is found primarily in the BRAIN and HEART.
    Synonyms : EFNB3, EPLG8 Gene Product, LERK-8, LERK-8 Protein, Ephrin B3, Gene Product, EPLG8, LERK 8 Protein
