| 설명 | 콩팥에서 생성된 오줌이 요관을 거쳐 방광에 모여 요도를 통해 배설되는 일. 방광에 상당량의 오줌이 괴면 척수의 허리, 허파 L 2-4 내에 배뇨반사중추에 전해지고, 다시 대뇌의 상위 중추에도 전달되므로 요의를 느껴도 어느 정도 의식적으로 배뇨를 조절할 수가 있다. 요도의 방광 근접부에 속요도조임근과 바깥요도조임근이 있어 요가 방광에서 누출되는 것을 막고 있는데, 수의적인 조절을 주관하는 것은 전적으로 바깥요도조임근이다. 뇌나 척수 등 배뇨에 관여하는 신경계통에 장애가 일어나면 배뇨는 원활하지 못하다. 정상 배뇨횟수는 기온이나 섭취음료의 양에 따라 다르나 성인은 10회 이내이며, 1일 표준량은 남자는 1,000~1,500mL이고, 여자는 800~1,200mL이며, 야간은 주간의 1/2~1/4이고, 노인이 되면 취침 후 여러번 배뇨 때문에 깨는 일이 많다. 방광에 괸 오줌이 요도를 통해 원활하게 배출되지 못하는 것을 배뇨곤란이라 하는데, 이것은 요로폐쇄를 비롯하여 실금(대소변을 참지 못하고 쌈)등 여러 가지가 포함된다. 가장 많은 것은 요도협착-전립샘비대증인데, 방광 및 요도의 결석이나 종양, 중추신경병 등이 원인이 되는 것도 있다. 배뇨시에 통증을 느끼는 것은 요도염-방광염이 대표적이며, 배뇨 초기에 아픈 것은 남자의 경우 전부요도염, 종말통은 후부요도염-급성방광염의 경우가 많고, 방광염증에는 동시에 빈뇨가 따른다. |

| 설명 | 콩팥을 통해 생성되어 요관을 통해 운반되고 방광에 저류되었다가 요도를 통해 체외로 배출되는 액체. 콩팥의 토리에서 보우만주머니로 여과된 여과액이 뇨세관을 지나는 동안 필요한 물질은 재흡수되고 불필요한 물질은 분비되어 최종적인 오줌을 형성하고 원위뇨세관과 집합관에 이르러 필요한 만큼의 수분을 aldosterone과 ADH를 통해 흡수하므로써 완전한 오줌을 형성한다. 이렇게 형성된 오줌은 일단 방광에서 저장되는데 요의가 느껴질때 부교감신경의 지배를 받는 배뇨근과 교감신경의 지배를 받는 방광조임근의 적절한 협력을 통해 체외로 배설되게 된다. 오형 혈액형(O type blood group) 혈액형은 적혈구에 존재하는 항원(면역현상을 일으키는 어떤 물질. 이것은 내부물질일 수도 있고, 외부에서 들어온 물질일 수도 있다)과 혈장(혈액내에서 혈구세포를 뺀 나머지)내에 존재하는 항체(면역현상에 의해 생겨난 것으로 들어온 항원이나 혹은 원래 존재하는 항원에 대해 항원-항체반응을 일으킨다)에 의해 결정된다. 이런 혈액형에는 수십가지가 있지만, 실제로 생명을 위협할만한 중요한 혈액형으로는 A, B, O, AB로 나누는 ABO혈액형과 Rh＋/－로 나누어 Rh혈액형이 있다. O형은 항원은 없으며, anti-B, anti-A 항체를 가지고 있다. 따라서 이상에서 살펴본 바에 따라 수혈가능성여부를 보면, 각 형에 맞는 형의 혈액은 언제나 수혈이 가능하지만, 수혈을 하는 쪽의 혈액적혈구에 대해, 수혈을 받는 혈액에서 해당적혈구에 대해 항체가 없어야만, 수혈이 가능하다. |
