| 설명 | 1. 아동의 배변훈련 및 변실금 또는 배변곤란증(상습변비)에 대한 훈련. 습관의 재훈련이 중요하다. 2. 배설을 화장실에서 행하는 습관을 만드는 일이다. 개인차가 있겠으나, 1년 6개월부터 이미 약 60%는 가리기를 시작하여 배변 →배뇨(낮) →배뇨(밤)의 순으로 3세반 경에는 대부분 습관이 형성된다. 배설의 가리기에는 어린이측의 조임근의 성숙과 가리기 과정에서의 어른의 충분한 지도-지지-수용이 중요하다. 강제적으로 시키거나, 배설에 실패하였을 때에 엄하게 벌을 주거나 하면, 어린이에게 적의나 불안을 심어주어, 자존심이나 자신을 잃어 자율심도 키우기 어렵다. |

| 설명 | 위장관을 침범하는 정확한 원인이 밝혀지지 않은 만성적인 염증성 질환을 말한다. 크게 ‘궤양성 대장염’(ulcerative colitis)과 ‘크론병’(Crohn's disease)의 두 종류로 구분된다. 백인, 유태인에 많고 흑인이나 동양인에는 드물지만 동양인에서 점차 증가추세에 있다. 호발연령은 15~35세 사이이다. 증상은 ‘궤양성 대장염’의 경우, 설사(혈변 및 점액변), 뒤무직, 복통, 복부압통, 체중감소 등이 주로 나타나며 ‘크론병’에서는 설사와 체중감소, 우하복부 종류, 항문주위 이상, 복부압통 등이 나타난다. 진단은 병력과 방사선학적 검사, 직장경 및 대장 내시경검사, 직장 및 대장의 조직검사로 하며 치료는 내과적인 치료가 원칙이나 내과적 치료에 듣지 않거나 합병증이 생길 경우에는 외과적 치료를 시행한다. ‘궤양성 대장염’의 경우에는 ‘대장암’을 예방하기 위해서 외과적 치료를 하기도 한다. ‘궤양성 대장염’과 ‘크론 병’외에 염증성 창자병에 속하는 ‘베체트 병’은 재발성 구강내 궤양, 피부 병변, 안구부 염증, 외음부 궤양, 관절염 증상, 위창자관 증상(복통, 장출혈), 부고환염 등의 증상을 나타내는데 진단과 치료는 ‘궤양성 대장염’, ‘크론 병’과 비슷하다. |

| lymphoma, small lymphocytic | A low-grade malignant lymphoma that may, in some cases, be considered histologically identical to chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (cll; leukaemia, lymphocytic, chronic). It is diffuse in pattern, representing the neoplastic proliferation of well-differentiated B-lymphocytes. | lymphoma, small noncleaved-cell | A high-grade malignant lymphoma that includes both burkitt tumour (burkitt lymphoma) and other lymphomas previously designated undifferentiated non-burkitt type. Nuclei in burkitt tumour are round to ovoid and uniform in size.
