The dye makes the rapidly occurring capillary dilatation and increased vascular permeability readily visible by leakage into the reaction site. Eruption sequestrum, spicule of bone overlying the central occlusal fossa of an erupting permanent molar. Serum eruption, urticaria seen in serum sickness.
