Mikulicz's o. 1. removal of the sternocleidomastoid muscle for torticollis.  2. Heineke-Mikulicz pyloroplasty.  3. tarsectomy in which the heel, os calcis, and astragalus are removed, the articular surfaces of the tibia, fibula, cuboid, and scaphoid are excised, and the foot brought into line with the leg; called also Vladimiroff o.  4. enterectomy in stages, including exteriorization of the section of intestine to be resected, usually the colon; resection of the exteriorized loop; elimination of the fecal fistula by crushing the spur between the two barrels of the anastomosis; and closure of the fecal fistula.
