intervention Intervention is the fourth classification level in the Client Classification System. Intervention differentiates between the different types of nursing activities required by the entitled person/s. Intervention is based on the following four categories, as well as combinations of these four categories: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs); General Nursing Care (GNC); Technical Nursing Care (TECH); and Other Nursing Care (OTHER)
