| 설명 | ①약물의 반복 복용에 의해 약효가 저하하는 현상. ② 세균 따위의 병원체가 화학 요법제나 항생 물질의 계속 사용에 대하여 나타내는 저항성. 세균의 내성획득의 메커니즘에 대해서는 세포의 구조(리포좀, 세포막) 변화, 대사계의 변화, 돌연변이 등에 의한 약물감수성 저하 등이 추측되고 있다. 한편 다른 약물에도 내성을 나타내는 교차내성과, 여러 종류의 약물에 동시에 내성을 획득한 상태를 다제 내성이라고 한다. ③ 환경 조건의 변화에 견딜 수 있는 생물의 성질. 내열성, 내한성 따위가 있다. |
