Galactorrhea can be due to "normal" factors such as an unrecognized pregnancy, trauma, surgery, overexercise, or one of a number of drugs (including amphetamine, female hormone replacement therapy, nicotine, narcotics, reserpine, and antidepressants of the so-called tricyclic type, among others).
