A spontaneous recurrence of a specific experience which originally occurred whilst taking a drug, usually LSD. Foetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) FAS is classified as an alcoholrelated birth defect. Women who drink heavily during pregnancy may be at risk of producing babies with FAS. The main features of FAS are: growth retardation, intellectual impairment, neurological abnormalities, behavioural problems, characteristic facial feaures (flattened midface, a small jaw, and a thin upper lip).
