| Madura foot | 1. A chronic infection involving the feet and characterised by the formation of localised lesions with tumefactions and multiple draining sinuses. Actinomycotic mycetoma is caused by actinomycetes, including species of Streptomyces, Actinomadurae, and Nocardia. B.
