(Keating), Production and Affection (Stanford & Roak): The stage in which a group is getting feedback or responses in the outside world which are establishing a reciprocal relation between the group and the world they are trying to change, what Hegel called the dialectic of Cause and Effect. Their principle and goal has not yet been won, but all the elements are coming together and there is a two-way flow between the group and the object of its activity, leading to actualisation.
