| 설명 | 보통 20대, 30대에 많다. 자궁근육층 내에 경계가 명료하고 피막을 갖지 않는 회백색의 종괴로서, 보통원형으로 단단하고 절단면에 나선형 무늬가 보인다. 평활근으로 되어 있으며, 자궁근육층내, 자궁강내 혹은 자궁밖으로 성장한다. |
