Rolfing or Structural Integration, is a deep massage technique developed by Dr. Ida Rolf (1878-1979) which facilitates the alignment of the body. By applying careful systematic manual pressure, a Rolfer relieves chronic restrictions, thereby freeing the body to re-organize at very deep levels into its natural balanced symmetry. Rolfing is excellent therapy for many forms of chronic pain and restricted postures or movement.
